Hari, this is fantastic! You are obviously a talented chef in the making and you were very clever making the veggie main course into a vegan dish by using tofu. I will definitely try that myself. I'm working on a vegan dim sum platter at the moment. There should be more great vegan food in the world I think. best wishes Jackie x
